The official online home of our community — pay your dues, submit a request, find documents, and stay connected with your neighbors and the board.

Casa Bella is a residential community in Wichita, Kansas — three community ponds, a playground, and a neighborhood swimming pool just off Pawnee, west of 127th Street South, with neighbors who look out for one another. This is the official website of our homeowners association.
Our board keeps the community well-maintained, upholds shared standards, and protects property values — so Casa Bella stays a wonderful place to call home.
From the resort-style pool and fitness center to the courts, trails, and dog park, your community's amenities take center stage — right alongside the day-to-day: dues, documents, requests, and a responsive board.

Block parties, poolside afternoons, food trucks on the green, and seasonal get-togethers — community life at Casa Bella is something you can see on the calendar and feel on the street.

The association maintains shared spaces — the landscaped entrance, common areas, irrigation, lakes, and amenities. Routine upkeep keeps Casa Bella well-kept and welcoming, and helps protect property values across the community.

Shared standards preserve property values and the look of the neighborhood. Laid out in the governing documents, they cover property maintenance and exterior appearance — keeping Casa Bella a well-cared-for place to live.

Exterior projects — fences, sheds, paint, and landscaping — are reviewed by the board to keep the community consistent and protect home values. Homeowners submit a request before work begins; see Submit a request.
