Casa Bella is a residential community in Wichita, Kansas — three community ponds, a playground, and a neighborhood swimming pool just off Pawnee, west of 127th Street South, with neighbors who look out for one another. This is the official website of our homeowners association.

Our board keeps the community well-maintained, upholds shared standards, and protects property values — so Casa Bella stays a wonderful place to call home.

The association maintains shared spaces — the landscaped entrance, common areas, irrigation, lakes, and amenities. Routine upkeep keeps Casa Bella well-kept and welcoming, and helps protect property values across the community.

Community Standards

Shared standards preserve property values and the look of the neighborhood. Laid out in the governing documents, they cover property maintenance and exterior appearance — keeping Casa Bella a well-cared-for place to live.

Architectural Review
